Adam, Doug, and TJ were curteous, careful, and effecient on on our recent move from a house to a condo within Nanaimo. Every item was wrapped and handled as if all was fragile. They disassembled and reassembled some lager furniture professionally and with good humour. No damage to any items, nor to any structure. Office staff, Cathy and Verna, were exceptional in coordinating moving out and moving in dates, providing packing boxes and paper padding material – all with a super attitude. Thinking I was calling my previous mover Chilo, I reached Cathy at All Canada Moving. Cathy had answers to all my questions, and sounded like she really knew her job, assuring me they had kept all of Chilos great policies. Like free used cartons for packing. Whenever I called more from panic probably than anything else, Cathy calmed my fears and assured me I would be in good hands. Like who moves at 73? When the truck and three young men arrived on moving day I burst into tears but the boys had me smiling in moments. One of the young men had helped move me into that home 7 1/2 years ago. Thank you!

The move was very calm, as moves go, the movers were professional and reassuring. I really felt safe with then around my belongings. They were very helpful, quick and careful. Also I found them kind and mannerly. My clothing was hung nicely and neatly in good size clothing boxes to keep them clean and in order.
